familyof4
We have sent off OH carpentry details for skills assessment and he is waiting for the results from IELTS. So I am looking at the next thing, the EOI. On the DIAC forms for the EOI they only talk about what is needed for the employed person but nothing for self employed. Has anyone completed an EOI for self employed person, if so what did you include to prove your position and how did you find out what to send? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Candygirl
My OH is self employed. We filled out the EOI as normal. I know that they don't differentiate between SE and employed, but we uploaded, copy of references of apprentice employment and training. Copy of business registration certificate and licences. AQF III qualification and UK training and qualifications, TRA skills assessment letter and letter from accountant confirming period of self employment. We did not upload our tax returns as we thought if CO needed them, she would ask as there are just too many pages. Hope this helps.
familyof4
Thanks for that Candygirl. So really nearly everything that we have sent off for his skills assessment would be needed to be included in the EOI.
