Me and my boyfriend are moving to Perth for a year in May and are struggling to find somewhere to stay for the first few weeks while we find our feet. I have looked at B & B's, holiday lets and even renting a house but all I have found are either extortionate (B n B's), to extravagent and therefore too expensive for our needs (holiday let) or too many barriers trying to sort it out from the UK (renting). We do plan on renting a place once we get there but most letting agents don't let you apply online and plus we would like to see what we will be renting in person rather than taking a letting agent for their word! Does anyone know any cheap B & B's, anyone letting their house out for a couple of weeks, anyone doing short-term room rentals or any useful websites for accommodation in Perth?
