I want to know if I'm eligible to apply for 313112 ICT Customer Support Officer or 313199 ICT Support Technicians nec. I'v done my MBA in HR/Marketing and B.com (computers), but I got a job as customer support executive job and I continued with that job for 5 years 7 months. I was worried as my qualification is not relevant to the position that I'm trying to apply, although I have experience as customer support officer.
