And if possible why the area commands a premium? ie close to great beach, proximity to city centre? Not particularly a beach person (prefer tropical bush setting). But work extremely long hours and travel alot so need sanctuary without neighbourhood concerns. Do not need to be concerned with schools and family will be based in Melbourne. I will be rolling out projects in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne so rather than stay in hotel would prefer a house or large apartment.
