blossom Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 With a child you won't have much of a problem. As a defacto on a visa it is much easier than an actual defacto partner visa. Bank statements, bills to the same address etc. Anything to show you are living together. Birth certificate for your child should be a pretty big one.
