Hi,everyone,I was looking for information about 461visa in australia,that is how I find this webiste,hope anyone can give me some ideas.thank you.

 

my bf is Nz citizen, and both of us are in Aus now, we have been together for few years , because my visa in going to expired end of this year, that is why he would like to appy this visa for me.

 

I would like to ask is, I know what I need to provied, becasue I already check from webiste, but we are not sure what does he need to provied? can anyone give me some information?? thank you for help.

but sorry i should make my questions more clear.

include all of information which you post for me, I think my bf also should provied some paper about himself.

is only need his passport, pic , his income, does he need to do police check or anything alse..?

If he is in Australia, no he shouldn't need a police check, if he did they would just request it after the application is lodged. But you will need a Police Check for all countries that you have spent a total of 12 months in the last 10 years.
