Also, can anyone recommend any kid friendly hotels in Singapore (I've been looking at the Hard Rock Hotel and the Sentosa Shangri-la), our children are 1 and 4. Ali B Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Yes we did that. Sentosa Island is great fun. you do check out your luggage as no flight is supposed to carry unaccompnied luggage any more. We stayed on the main shopping steeet Orchard Road, which sounds mad but it was a good call as all the transport to and from places was there. It was also nice to be able to go out and just walk.
