POSITION VACANT ============ Immediate commencement As we await the arrival of our new baby, we are seeking to employ a willing and reliable horse-person to join our team. Duties will include: - Taking out tours on horseback - Working with new horses (educating & training) - Stable duties (muck outs, feeding, cleaning) - General horse care & maintenance The ability to teach / give riding lessons is also an advantage - particularly as Joelle will need some much deserved time off once bub arrives. This position will provide approximately 25 - 38hrs dependant on workload. This is a permanent part-time position so a minimum of 15hrs weekly is guaranteed. To be suited to this position you must have many years of horse riding experience, exceptional horse handling & riding skills, not be affraid of getting dirty or wet, can handle long hours (up to 12hrs in a single day), and ability to work under pressure in both unsupervised and team environment. Work is spread over weedkdays & weekends, so must be flexible to work over a 7 day roster. (you will always have at least 2 days off per week). We are seeking a genuine, reliable & enthusuastic staff only. Please no time wasters or those seeking short term work. Must live locally, and have own reliable transport.
