Steph01
Hi everyone, After 4 years I finally have a case officer and she has asked me to fill in a change of circumstance form. Since I applied for my visa things have changed over the 4 years and last year I changed jobs. It says on the form I must notify them of this but will they then start asking for evidence of this new job even though it wasn't applicable when I applied for the visa? The reason I'm asking is I dont mind giving them all the info just trying to avoid my new employer finding out. I know I'll lose my job if it comes to light. Thanks Steph

Rupert
They shouldn't need to check anything with new employers, it is your work history at time of application thatis relevant. So try not to worry, you could always ask them to confirm for peace of mind. I think it would be contrary to employment law if you were to be sacked for applying for a visa four years ago.
