Am getting really worried as I'm looking at jobs in ICU and they all want you to have 2 years experience and critical care course! I really want to stay in the same job but it just doesn't seem do able! Even when am looking for general jobs I haven't a clue what to apply for ie enrolled do I try graduate positions as I only have 1 years ICU experience! Can anyone help? It may be that you need to come and work and get more experience before going to ICU. Have a look at the web sites of Southern Health, Peninsula Health, Western Health, Austin Health, Northern Health, Barwon Health. You have human resources sections.
