thegeek Posted October 17, 2012 Share Posted October 17, 2012 Does the Form 80 come under 'Evidence of Character' or 'Character and Penal Clearance Requirements' and needs to be mandatory filled and uploaded while filling the 189 Visa online? Guest Longtime Lurker Posted October 17, 2012 Share Posted October 17, 2012 When by DD (British) applied for a 175 visa earlier this year, she was asked for a Form 80 by her case officer - it does not appear to be requested by all though.
