Guest Lavender
Hey there, I'm thinking of moving to NSW to live with my sister who is an Aus Citizen. My parents know that I'll be moving round about May next year and I'll be studying at TAFE or go to high school. Once my study visa expires would my sister be able to sponsor me as a permanent resident so that I could stay with her and live there? Thanks, all help is appreciated. lebourvellec
Welcome You would need to go through your options with a Registered Migration Agent, but it would not be likely that you sister would be able to sponsor you. For your sister to sponsor you - you would need a skill in demand, and she would need to live in Regional Australia. Maybe you should speak to a registered migration agent before you make the decision to move over, or study here and get the qualifications.
