Tanith Greatrex Ball Posted September 24, 2012 Share Posted September 24, 2012 Hi all PIO My hubby, son and i are hoping to emigrate to WA in the near future. Im a surgical/ recovery nurse with 8 years experience so im on the skills list. But i have Lupus Nephritis, i have been stable with only yearly checks by the renal team for the last 5 years. but i dont know if the medical may be a problem. :unsure: We dont want to go to the expense of applying if we are going to be unsuccessful, as we don have any spare money until we sell the house. Any ideas anybody, ive looked through and no one mentions lupus in any threads. but if they take people post Stroke or transplant, im really hoping that the lupus wont count against me. :smile: We would really appreciate any one elses experience with a chronic illness.
