DonnaC Posted September 7, 2012 Share Posted September 7, 2012 After initially thinking I had lost my chance to emigrate, and posting an earlier thread, a helpful member suggested I try an application using the contract admin route. While this job is very similar to mine, i domt have any of the 'required elements' in my cv. I know it sounds like an obv question, but do I rewrite my cv to send to the agent, or send it as is!!!? Tickled Pink Posted September 7, 2012 Share Posted September 7, 2012 I would never consider sending a resume out to anyone without making sure it was as closely matched to the position I was interested in as possible. Why would you do otherwise? If there are two resumes on the table, one has direct, applicable experience and has it laid out, with 'required elements' easily positioned for easy reading, the other resume doesn't.
