sassykh
Just planning our big move down under early next year. Are any of you familiar with any airlines who offer open return tickets or is it cheaper to buy singles?
RockDr
Open returns are only valid for 12months and also cost more than the cheap "saver" tickets, so unless you're planning on travelling yearly (at exactly the same time every year), you're probably better off trying to get one way tickets. Guest AliceG
With some airlines I think you can buy a certain ticket type which allows changes - sometimes with a small fee (£70?) - so you could just buy a return and then change the date.
