Visa application question after invitation from SA for 190 (also post on pomsinadelaide)

Evening from Yorkshire!

 

Just a quick question if anyone knows the answer?!

We have just be invited to apply so thought there was no time like the present to get on with it! My wife is the full applicant and have become stuck on a section as the wording is not the clearest what they want?

 

Its in the Additional identity questions section.

Asks for previous travel which my wife has, she has also used a different passport as she used her one before we were married! all ok up to now i think! But then they are asking for a grant number and a visa number which are not printed in her passport as it was only a holiday visa, are they asking these questions for people who have lived/worked in australia before?

I'm sure if you press the help button it states that if it is a e-visitor visa - just to leave the grant/visa number blank. Thats what we did an there was no issue.

tried that but the skillselect website doesnt seem to be working properly and the help pop ups are not working correctly... thanks for the info though...

Im sure it is correct - I entered visa numbers for the ones that I had labels in my passport for. And just left blank for the e-visitors. As long as you have the old passport number they will have all the details.

Got a grant number from the office here in london for our trip but they said leave visa number blank...thanks for your help...
