carol Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Hi All I am looking for more advice! :chatterbox: I am online filling out my ANMAC form and it asks re Professional Reference and then separate tick box for Employment Statement. My professional statements have the dates of employment on- is this enough to cover the requirements of employment statement or do i need a separate letter from HR? Thanks in advance!
