SRS (Skilled – Regional Sponsored Visa) - Which region to choose?

Hi friends,

 

 

I opted for the SRS visa but I am not sure which region to choose - thought some of you can help me with this.

 

I am a software engineer with 7+ years of experience - a MicroSoft .NET (web) developer to be exact. I would like to know in which region it is easier to find a job.

 

 

Planning to migrate with my wife (she is a technical writer) and my 2 year old daughter.

There are a lot of areas to choose from and jobs vary. A quick check on job sites should give you an indication of how many in which areas. Check out this map... basically if it is not red, then it is considered regional.
