dazzmatazz
HI All I have noticed a few people mention that they had to adjust their CV's to make them more in line with the Australian recruiters preferences. I was wondering if anyone has any tips here or if even better some on in recruitment in OZ currently would be willing to look at my CV and just give me some pointers. I am probably going to start looking for work from October of this year and applying online but I know that for most people they only get Jobs once they over there. My area of specialization is training and assessment first and HR adviser second, my trade in terms of my 176 is Vocational Educational Teacher (non-trades). If so please PM me if you would be happy to take a 5min look at my CV I am not looking for a complete CV make over just some advice on making it more attractive to an Australian employer.
