I am Mechanical Engineer with only 6 months relevant experience, after i graduated. I wonder will they assess my experience before and while i was studying? I have 5 years relevant experience in Engineering, and 5 years in Engineering Manager positions. In which agency should i apply, Engineers Australia or Australian Institute of Management? lebourvellec Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 Welcome to PIO You should run your case past a Registered Migration Agent - from what you have posted it would likely be Engineers Australia that you would need to apply to. AIM are notoriously difficult to get a skills assessment from. Also it will likely be post qualification work experiance that will be accepted. - You will likley need to do the CDR for EA - this requires 3 work episodes.
