dredg97
Hi all, I lodged my application for 175 visa at the end of June, no CO allocated yet...so I am currently looking into Australian qualifications in my field (OHS, HSE). I am in possession of the NEBOSH IGC and the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in OH&S Practice. Now, since I've read that these qualifications are not recognized, is it worthwhile investing in an Australian qualification such as the Certificate IV or Diploma in OH&S? I have almost 10 years of experience in the Oil&Gas, I just want to be sure that when I'll be in AUstralia for job hunting my UK qualifications will not be 'refused'! I'll start working offshore in the next months on a 28 days on and 28 days off rotation cycle, so potentially I will have plenty of time for studying on the 28 days at home. Thanks in advance for any suggestion.
