Franks
Hi everyone, hope you are all well. The essentials of my problem are: I'm living in the UK and am on the verge of applying for a spouse visa, however I've seen various bulletin boards etc with plaintive messages from people with kidney transplants having been refused visas (due to failing the health requirements). My wife is an Australian Citizen. My transplant has shown no sign of rejection or problem since it was done in 2007. Is there any way of knowing if I'm likely to be refused on health grounds, and also, would my chances of being successful be significantly improved if I use an agent? If so, does anyone know of an agent with specific experience in this area? (I've also read that the health requirements can be waived for some visas, the spouse visa being one). Any and all help will be gratefully received. Thanks in advance, will check in again soon.
