Guest Gollywobbler Posted January 4, 2008 Share Posted January 4, 2008 Hi Dugong COs at the ASPC frequently don't acknowledge receipt of documents etc because they are so overworked. However, you say you e-mailed the stuff. Did you tick the box requesting a "read" recept? If not you could send a polite e-mail saying you are not sure if he received your last e-mail and re-sending it, but this time set the machine for the automatic "red" request?
