SaffanZimbo Posted June 29, 2012 Share Posted June 29, 2012 To be honest I havn't heard of anyone who managed to speak to someone at the TRA actually getting any sort of decent constructive reply. Our agent did manage to speak to an assessor but that was only because our application was rejected and he was given the option of a call to try and get the decision overturned (which failed!). He had to make an appointment to do this. If you are still waiting for news on approval they are so backlogged I doubt you will get any news unfortunately. We were however pleasantly shocked by the speed at which they approved our documents submitted on review. It has allowed us to get WA SS approved in 1 day and (fingers croseed) get our 176 submission in today! Good luck! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
