I have lodged my applications before 1 July 2012 and did that with WA sponsorship. Any clue how long will it takes to allocate a CO. Allocation dates for a CO will be about 4 weeks - but with HR countries there are alot of external and internal checks to be done. Some HR countries are quicker than others. Good Luck.
