kitty78 Posted June 15, 2012 Author Share Posted June 15, 2012 Yes I can.I have temporal cortical dysplasia on the cortex.It's a kind of little tissue mass, which provocate me seazures.But they are well controlled by using meds.So I could be a candidat for neurosurgery for temporal resection.I'm courious about if i'm going to pay this surgery in Australia or is better to do it gratis in Germany (the health innsurance can pay it all). Guest The Pom Queen Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 If you are on a PR visa then no you wouldn't need to pay for treatment, but if it's none urgent you may have a long wait. Also it would depend on where in Australia you were heading, I know I have just been referred to a neurologist yesterday and I may have to travel to see him (the hospital have said they would cover my travel expenses if this was the case).
