Guest anitak Posted June 3, 2012 Share Posted June 3, 2012 Hi im wanting to know the costs of medical care for 2 adults and a child.I have had keyhole surgey in the past as had cysts and endomitrosis and more than likely going to get back, will i pass my medical to get a PR visa and will my medical care be a lot? thanks. calNgary Posted June 3, 2012 Share Posted June 3, 2012 On a PR visa you get full Medicare cover. Medicare takes a while to get used to and understand but its similar to the NHS. I have a medical condition and require regular scans,specialist appoitments, boods etc and ive never had to pay for anything. My GP doesnt bulk bill adults and although i hardly ever need to go ,when i do it costs me $60 and Medicare refund me around $35 of that.
