Slow Moving migration application and points concern

Not sure what the title of this thread should be...so here goes..

 

Its been a frustrating 3 months getting all my references ready for the ACS - I have a final financial statement from my accountant to prove income I can then finally submitt my application for a skills assessment....

 

Problem being

 

A) it takes up to 12 weeks for reply

b) I turn 40 in 4 weeks time

 

Which realistically means I loose points...

 

Age=15 points

Ielts = 20 points (8.0 and above on all)

Nominated skills = 15 points (more than 8 years on skill)

HND = 10 points

 

I am getting conflicting messages about points etc... Is it 65 and based on above criteria am I worrying for no reason?

 

 

.....just realised I used the wrong points for nominated skills ( used Australian skills)

 

So that answers my own question! That leaves State sponsorship - and currently no one wants a Systems Analyst....gutted.com

 

I wished these companies who've dragged their feet could realise the pain caused.
