Emergancy medical technician

Hi All

 

Iwould love to move to oz and am a firefighter. with a qualification as an emergancy medical technician. would i be able to get a job / visa with this qualification.

Have a look on Department of Immigration and Citizenship this has all details about visas.

:spinny: Hi there, iam sure you could get a visa/sponsorship through the ambulance service in australia. Iam also a EMT and A.E staff nurse. i got permenant residency visa no problem, you need to get your skills assessed with the ambulance service as there are different levels of paramedics over there. P1234, 4 is an intensive care paramedic think techy is about 3. Anyway good luck i spent few months in brisbane last year but returned to england due to a family bereavement, will be going back next year! let me know hoe you go.
