Iam also a EMT and A.E staff nurse. i got permenant residency visa no problem, you need to get your skills assessed with the ambulance service as there are different levels of paramedics over there. P1234, 4 is an intensive care paramedic think techy is about 3. Anyway good luck i spent few months in brisbane last year but returned to england due to a family bereavement, will be going back next year! let me know hoe you go.
