Another question, IāmĀ booking for my medical now, in the eMedical referral letter, it says visa type BC100 Spouse (Permanent) instead 309 provisional,Ā Is that correct?

Hi everyone,
I have applied for partner visa in the UK this week. My husband (sponsor) is Australian citizen by birth and also British. Heās not lived in Australia since 1992, and has been living in the UK since.Ā
My question is - wouldĀ my husband need medical check and to complete form 80? As both are not listed as requirements in the sponsor application.Many thanks in advance for your help

I hope your 100 comes through quickly! thatās good to know that they treat 309 as indefinite.Ā
I have gone through both British and Australian spouse visa routes now, have to say the Australian system is much better, and cost less overall!
