  1. Thank you! I was a bit shocked how quickly they granted. I hope your 100 comes through quickly! that’s good to know that they treat 309 as indefinite. I have gone through both British and Australian spouse visa routes now, have to say the Australian system is much better, and cost less overall!
  2. Just an update on the timeline of my application. Subclass 309/100 Timeline 22/Mar/23 - Application submitted online in the UK 04/Apr/23 - Initial assessment and RFI requesting medical and AFP NPC (request sent from Australian embassy in Berlin) 08/Apr/23 - AFP National Police Clearance uploaded 14/Apr/23 - Medical examination done 18/Apr/23 - Granted for both Subclass 309/100
  3. @paulhand Hi Paul, I hope you are well. I’ve received s56 request for more information (medical check and AFP NPC). I have the AFP NPC ready now, but my ImmIAccount has reached 100 max documents, so I can’t upload it to my document. Could you advise if there is an alternative way to upload the document? Thank you!
  4. Subclass 309/100 Timeline 22/Mar/23 - Application submitted online in the UK 04/Apr/23 - Initial assessment and RFI requesting medical and AFP NPC (request sent from Australian embassy in Berlin)
  5. Thank you so much for your quick reply, Paul! Another question, I’m booking for my medical now, in the eMedical referral letter, it says visa type BC100 Spouse (Permanent) instead 309 provisional, Is that correct?
  6. Hi everyone, I have applied for partner visa in the UK this week. My husband (sponsor) is Australian citizen by birth and also British. He’s not lived in Australia since 1992, and has been living in the UK since. My question is - would my husband need medical check and to complete form 80? As both are not listed as requirements in the sponsor application. Many thanks in advance for your help
