Hi Jugraj, Did you send all documents related to nomination again to the department, after your nomination was approved by the AAT?

What I heard from my MA, once the AAT set aside the nomination, the department will approve the nomination. They won't request any doc from the employer (business information). Department will only request your documents to process your visa. AAT member has already approved the nomination and the department needs to follow that decision. It's better to get further advice from your MA and asked him/her to contact the AAT member if you are in doubt.

Hi Everyone, I am new here. I applied for 187 as Retail Manager in NT (2017) and nomination got rejected. AAT lodge in 5 Feb 2019. I used to work in the business 3 years and stop working there due to some personal circumstances. But sponsor is happy to offer the job again if get the visa. Is there any chance of winning the case because this is upon granted visa? Thank you
