Hi Everyone,

Can someone share the GP letter format for newborn visa medical? Also, please let me know if anyone received the grant by satisfying the CO with GP Letter[Newborn]?

Hi,

I had applied for 186DE on 24th March 2021 and I have submitted my previous medicals[HAP ID1] which was done for 482 on Oct 2020. In the immi portal, I could see that my health clearance was provided but with new HAP ID[HAP ID2]. I am unable to see the health record in emedical client with new HAP ID2.

Now my 482 medicals expired and I could not fetch the referral letter with new HAP ID2. Any idea if anybody could manage to get medicals done with only HAP ID but not referral letter? or I just have to wait for CO to request the same?

You are correct, we could see only cases pending for more than year or so even on non-pmsol getting cleared, but again it all depends

a business activity statement (BAS) lodged with the ATO for each complete quarter since the end of the period covered by financial documents listed above. If the business is operating at a loss, please provide a statement to indicate reasons around this.

@Micgeo : Can you please elaborate on the S56 request you received on evidence of current occupation? Is your current occupation is different from Restaurent Manager? ALso, May I know what documents you submitted for the S56 response?

if nomination and application lodged at the same time and all  fee paid, if employer choose to withdraw the nomination due to some reason(ex: position is no longer available). do the nomination and/or application fee will be refunded?

note : assuming nomination and application was not processed yet

Can someone help with some solution here?

I have done my 482 medicals [along with HIV] and submitted the same HAP ID and medicals in my 186 visa application, we have health clearance provided but I could see different HAP ID in 186.

now my medicals are about to expire in a couple of months, I am planning to renew my medicals upfront with the new HAP ID which I could see in my 186 visa application, is it possible? did anyone has some input around this situation?

Note: My Immigration suggesting to wait but considering current medical appointments and processing delays, I would like to keep my visa application up to date.

I have submitted on 24-Mar-2021 for same occupation and no updates yet, but your's reaching a year almost, Have you raised any complaint as it crossed the given processing times as well.

Hi Girafales, By looking at your timeline, it looks like you have crossed the given processing timeline also, Have you not raised any complaint or anything?

I have a doubt on PCC.

For some of those who already granted PR,  Case officer asked for PCC again if it is expired but that was only new AFP? or all 10 years PCC again?

Don't worry about it. Speak clearly to your migration agent and follow their advise. Get a second opinion if it helps.
 Personally, I believe there is absolutely no issues with two different occupations. DHA realizes there is a lot of overlap between similar occupation codes.

2) There is no specific order. Whatever comes to their desk first. But remember if your 186 is granted and your 482 is granted after that then your 186 will cease to exist and you won't be a PR. I would suggest, give your notice to employer 1 and work for employer 2. If Bridging Visa C comes into effect, apply for working rights on it. It is usually granted fairly easily.

Seek advise from a registered agent/lawyer on this. Get a second/third opinion if needed.

Employer 2 will allow me to join once my 186 approved only, there are some obligations within Employer2. I am sure that once 186 granted, within hours time, I will ensure to withdraw my 482 from Employer1.

All I am worried is, how department takes of two different occupations on same applicant.?
