Yeah I’ve heard that too….. there is no rush really for us to get over there was looking at feb/mar 2022 and what I’m hearing is that might be optimistic too.

ive explained in detail what happened and my remorse.

I have no jail time at all.

My wife and our son have duel passports…. I have just lodged my visa now after 3 hard months gathering all the evidence required.

hope that my minor criminal offences don’t stop me getting my visa.

it’s a whole bunch of money to get to this stage and I hope that from my evidence that they can see I am a good man with a good job and a loving family man married to an Australian citizen 

anyone got a story’s of people getting granted a visa with criminal record?

applying for a partner visa as my wife and son are both citizens, only due to birth rights tho none of us have lived in Oz.

renting defo for 12 months I think it is.

in the uk I hold my temporary works coordinator ticket, my CSCS card in scaffolding and my IOSH managing safely.

is any of those certificates recognised in Australia?

and can I do my white card over in the UK before I arrive in Oz?

NVQ level 6 in construction management certificate.

are these transferable in Australia or will I need to do further training.

and can I do the training in the uk before I move over in February 2022

Hi, if my wife was born in Australia is she automatically a citizen?

she was born in Adelaide in February 1985 but her parents only lived there for just short of 5 years
