How long is the police clearance valid for (Both overseas and Australian)?

I've submitted all of the above documents for my 309 application in March 2020. RFI received for AFP check on 05/02/21. Submitted and replied on 19/02/21. Still awaiting response and hoping they will prioritize 309/100.
