thank you, we didn’t submit english test for dependents before, so just took PTE, they only required 30 on each band.

Helli Brothers and Sisters, Just want to share our good news for today, we got our golden ticket today!. -Restaurant Manager (Reason of refusal “Not Genuine Position” Qld) -October 2017 Visa Applied -Appeal filed 18 Aug. 2018 -File opened January 2021 additional documents were requested -24 Feb 2021 Hearing - March 2021 requested more documents -16 July 2021 Appeal won -14 August Medical requested -7 October PCC, AFP, English test for dependents and form 80 requested. -24 October Submitted all requested documents -9 November Permanent Visa GRANTED!!! Don’t loose hope, just be patients and keep on praying!

AAT Filed Aug.2018 Brisbane Qld Nomination refusal: (Restaurant Manager) Position not genuine January 25, 2021 they asked for 2 years company financial report, payslips and tax notice of assessments.
