Hi guys, I really need good suggestion from here. I've been offshore for 5 months since Jan, now I have been back. I have passed test in last Dec, but now the application is still not approved. I've called the DHA, they never gave me any information. Always say: what information I can give is whatever you can see from you Immi account. Kinded ask for whether there is any efficient way to push the CO to process my application? Thanks.

Hi Natoskii, I requested FOI last week ,but got the reply with: The Department’s Freedom of Information Section manages formal requests for access to documents under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). Your enquiry is general in nature, and this Section of the Department is unable to assist you. May I ask what's the phrase did you say in your FOI request, then the DHA won't reply like this? Thank you.

Similar situation. I submitted my application in Dec 2019, and passed test in Dec 2020, offshore in Jan. Now no updates.

A question, was the ceremony invitation sent via email or letter?

I found once you get the Further Assessment, it looks like the application is being hold-up.

Yes, so do I. But I think your early processing was so fast, 5 months from application lodge to test.

I'm a little bit worry about my case. I've competed the interview && test in Dec 2020, and then I left for UK for work for one year. And the department knows it due to the travel exemption application. The CO asked me to provide evidence of long ties with Australia and I did. Now my case has been stayed in "Further Assessment" since the end of Dec. I don't know when the decision will make, and when they will contact me to ask me to be onshore. I know under current pandemic situation, it's hard to fly back. Not sure whether my case will be hold for a long time, or just got rejection. Really worry about my case. Does anyone has idea or experience about it? Thanks.
