why I got my approval on 20th of Nov last year but still awaiting for the ceremony.................. I hate QLD so much........maybe once i get my citizenship I will move to NSW.. congrats so much tho!!!!!

I got injured from workplace few months ago and was taking workcover. However, their(workcover) doctor said my injury is not from work although it was during covid lockdown everyone was literally only working and staying at home. Well good luck but the systems here(governmental) seem doesn't smoothly work. don't trust what government advertising too much. Here is not Germany or South Korea.

Did anyone got a ceremony invitation for 18th of Feb in Cairns city? Even my friend who got his approval on 3rd of Nov 2021 didn't get letter.. I already saw so many people who got approved their file later than mine already finished ceremony..... I really didn't want to wait for another half an year but it seems going to be umm... Approval date : 20th Nov 2020.

Oh hey guys, I got my citizenship approval on 20th of November 2020 in Cairns city QLD, Although there are many people who are waiting for this way longer than I am, I feel a quite stressful haha. (This is my personal right? :D) This is because I postponed all my money using (buying house, car and more) after the citizenship ceremony. My car has a big trouble and really want to move my place so this time giving me a massive stresses haha. Is there any news (invitation letter) for the people who got their file approved between September to December last year? I found that the ceremony letter is regarding the approval date rather than applying date is it collect? Cheers waiters!

I think DOHA are not updating the time at the moment. Actually the processing time is less than 1 year in most states? In addition, maybe you are not in hurry reason why u are here? Have a good day.

Maybe Ding has his/her own story and he/she didn't complain about it. They surely have a right to go for holiday but I also understand about Ding. It can be about job, buying house or studying. I also understand you that can't understand him/her but what reason that you are showing your negative opinion to that worrying person? It is scratching 2nd time the person's inside. This comment is literally uncomfortable to see.

Hi waiters, I got my citizenship approval on 20th of Nov 2020. And still really really really waiting for my ceremony date. I actually sent 5 e-mails to them that I really wanna take a online ceremony within this year as i wanted to have a stress-free christmas and new year, but they even reply. How long in advance do they send the invitation for ceremony? anyone has idea? I applied citizenship on online but they sent me in normal post and it delivered in 2weeks after i already checked on the portal....Just meaningless...

Don't even expect they will consider our feeling. I really wanted to happily take online ceremony but some reason they removed the option and asked people to go back to the queue lol

Citizenship App: 10 Sep 20 Test Invitation: 2 Nov 20 Original Test Date: 25 Nov 20 Re-scheduled Date: 20 Nov 20 Approval: In 15min after test Ceremony: I sent 5 emails that i really want to get a ceremony within 2020 since my citizenship approved as i had a plan to buy a new house early next year with the government scheme, however couldn't get any reply ummm...... I just gave up buying a house in Cairns... Sorry to the long waiters that it sounds like complaining, however i saw a lot of people who got their citizenship approval in Dec. 20 already finished their ceremony...
