Don’t worry you will definitely get PR. At least you guys won the appeal, you have hope for PR. For me AAT open my file 6 months ago, asked docs three times but no response. Don’t know they really busy or just pretending to be busy. They have all info but not giving any decision. Very disappointing.

Even though applicant has a condition to work after visa grant but these days AAT department and immigration assessing files very carefully. In order to show the genuineness of position, we have to prove that we are working full time with employer and business can’t survive without our service. Recently AAT asked documents from my employer and they asked for all payslips, job samples ( proofs of whatsapp chat and emails with supplier customer and other skate holders) and group certificates. if employee was stood down, they asking for reasons, they asking for job keeper payments as well , how long employer received it and ( how many employees received), there is no connection between 187 and job keeper but they are enquiring everything. It’s very hard to win AAT for those who not working with business.

Thank you Asses for giving good news to us. If you don’t mind can I ask which documents you provide them for showing why you were suitable. did you give them proof of advertisement and list of candidates who applied?

I think Australian government is just making us fool, they have no intention to give residency to temporary workers but they don’t wanna acknowledge it. Sick of it.

How long AAT department takes to give hearing date after asking for submission and other documents. Waiting from last 3 months and I know will not hear back this month as well because of Christmas break.
