Hey mitho, Bad luck, I just got an email from DHF as a reply for my request mail. But they said they can’t grant my visa while I’m in Australia. Because I have applied offshore partner visa. So I have to leave Australia before end my visit visa,

It takes 17-23 months for all applicants. It depends on your luck!!! And that is auto generated mail, I got it twice, once after 12 months and another after 18 months. And waiting for 24 months auto generated mail

Not yet, I got auto generated mails only!!! Do I need to inform them right??hoe do I inform them? But I can’t upload any attachments, coz i press the confirm button!

Ohh seriously, are you sure?? because, I applied 309 it’s an offshore visa!!! Not 820 onshore visa!!! So it is possible they grant my visa while I’m in Australia

Hey All, im waiting for my 309 visa, since 26th March 2019, almost 21 months, currently I’m in Australia as a Visitor. I just got to know that I’m having a baby , my visit visa will be expired on 1st March 2021, I can’t fly to my country,because of my situation and this corona pandemic situation. What should I do now??? Can’t they grant my visa while I’m in Australia.????

Seems like all the applicants getting their visas within one year, why they took so long for my application?!!!

* almost three years for tomorrow, * from Sri Lanka * No I haven’t because I attached 96 attachments and i pressed the confirm button, so I can’t attached any documents,, but one of my friend said, if they want any updated documents they will ask me to attach and open the attachment slot!!!

May be no!!! Because Applied : 26th March 2019 ( applied with all the documents, including medical and PC) update status to Further Assessment 28th April 2019 and its still the same for 20 months.

I haven’t any agents, I’m the one who applied my partner visa 309 But I hired an agent for my visit visa, and she checked my partner visa application as well..

I can’t upload I pressed the confirm button as well once they asked a document, they will open the attachments again, (I don’t know exactly but my agent said)

Yeah I did it, I have applied 26th March 2019 and they asked me to do my biometric thing the same day, May they will ask me to do Police Clearance and medical again because it’s almost expired,,,

Hey all, I have applied for an offshore partner visa (subclass 309) on 26th of March 2019 and as informed by the Department of Home Affairs, it will take around 17-23 months for the processing of my visa. It’s been 20 months since I have applied for my offshore partner visa but there is no any update regarding it until now. Moreover, they have even changed the processing dates due to this pandemic situation and I have no idea about how long that I should have to wait until they grant me the Visa. So, Currently I’m in Australia with my husband, as a Visitor, The only way that I can stay with my husband is by applying a visitor visa untill they grant me the partner visa. Is that a disadvantage, I’m in Australia? I have to leave before 1 st March 2021, Update ur status????
