Do you think , it will work if we complain about immi process ! Some people got approval in week after s56 nd some are waiting from last year.

We submitted all the requested documented nd hearing done in August 2020 , did not hear anything after that !

Hi parry , No decision yet bcoz my employer has more hearing this week, with other employees , with same AAt member so hopefully decision will come at once . Member ask lot of question from employer abt company , why he need a retail manager , why he is not working there . Why he did not hire local people , you know all the formalities . Member ask me abt my duties bcoz my refusal was a position is a supervisory role not a manager . She just asked abt duties .

Duties does not match , as u know they have stupid reasons of refusals ! In my case officer said applicant is doing supervisior duites nd Store Manager. Thank u all the best to you
