  1. It says it is valid for 2 years so should still have time as submitted it in Jan 2021.
  2. Hi Sammie, Congrats on your visa and big move! I was wondering if you had any advice on obtaining a 482 visa? I am a radiographer on the MTSSL but have been told it is very rare for an employer to go down this route for an overseas employee. Any help would be so appreciated, thanks!
  3. No not yet and unsure when or if I will as I score 75 and the minimum points required for the last round of invitations in my field were 90. I don't think there are any other areas I can increase my points without having Australian work experience.
  4. Hi everyone, Was wondering if you guys had any advice as a lot of the info out there is conflicting. Currently waiting on word for our EOI's which were submitted over a year ago. With the borders opening again, would it be possible to do skilled work while on a working holiday visa? Process is taking forever but feel if we were able to do some work in our field while in Aus this could add to our Australian work experience and we could gain extra points in the hope of obtaining a skilled visa. But not sure if this would be breaking some sort of rules. Any advice would be so appreciated! Thank you!
  5. Hi guys! Was wondering if you had any advice. Been a year since I've submitted my EOI for a 189 visa and haven't heard anything. Is it possible to do skilled work on a working holiday visa so that you can gain Australian work experience that can add to your points? Or is this against the rules? Any help would be so appreciated! Thanks!
  6. Hi, I would suggest having your skills assessed by ASMIRT first as this can take longer and then apply for AHPRA dependant on the state you intend to work in. Good luck!
