  1. As you have submitted all requested documents to the case officer, you should be fine. No worries and good luck.
  2. Hi everyone, I would like to ask for more details on the work experience require on Victoria State Nomination for visa 190. Some occupations require work experience but there are no information on if it needs to be full time or not. I reckon it might be dependent on each specific occupation which is assessed by a separate department. For example, ACS considers 20 hours or more per week as full time work, so an occupation such as Systems Analysts will requires 3 years of work experience with 20 hours or more per week. So my question is how work hours is defined when you apply for state nomination in Victoria or we don't need it at all? Please refer to the following link for the list of occupations: https://liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au/migrate/visa-nomination-occupation-lists/visa-nomination-occupation-list-for-victoria You may find that the requirement list of the state nomination application includes the skill assessment which has work experience approval that the state might use. However, the approved experience doesn't necessary the same of the total work experience. I've seen successful applications which applicants only provided necessary work experience periods to ACS that they need for claiming points for the visa, and when it comes to state nomination they provided the full work history to satisfy the work experience requirement. Thanks
  3. Thanks Paul, I tried but couldn't find specific information for my questions.
  4. @Loopylu Thanks for your answer. Yes I agree to your point that the person still has his rights on his own property. As for people who stay illegally in Australia, when they get caught and removed from Australia, do they have to return the money that they earned to the government because they were illegal non-citizen? Or they wouldn't have due to the UN HR Convention again? I'm doing research on the topic of removal and deportation but couldn't find any credible information on how the process of asset arrangement happens after deportation or removal from Australia. If you know any good sources, please share them to me. Thanks.
  5. Just for curiosity, I would like to ask if a person with dual citizenships had his Australian citizenship revoked and deported to his motherland, what would happen to his assets in Australia? e.g can he sell his properties and bring his money out of Australia? Thanks
