Hi your highness, I just need know something for our babies matter. Last week we done medicals , AFP ,Babies passport, form 1022 and form1436 we uploaded everything which CO asked. But today another CO JUST Only grant Bridging visa B for my baby and added to her our visa application.but we are waiting PR So why did CO grant Bridging visa instead PR?I Believe CO could have approved PR today. Is it normal procedure or any issue? If u know something pls tell me

Hi Hari, AAT REQUESTSED documents early october.15 Oct we submitted. Again requested documents middle of December .then end of January they schedule hearing. Approve nomination same day.Good luck mate!

Hi Leticia Hearing date booked after lodgement of all documents. (40 min hearing)My boss and Agent went to hearing (vic)my boss said our tribunal officer was very nice. He checked all financial documents. Company profit increased than before.and company paid me salaries, super,Training past 2 yrs .after the hearing they approved nomination and my visa file sent to the immigration. Today CO appointed and asked me Medical and police Reports.

My time line- Motor mechanic, Visa and nomination applied June 2017 Nomination refused June 2018 Refusal Reason -no Profitable income,company can't pay me next 2 yrs. AAT Appled july 2018 AAT requested documents October 2019 Latest financial documents, BAS statements, company tax return,organisation chart,evidence of working fulltime and been paid over last 24 months,super annuation, Training, pay slips,sign contract etc... Again requested documents December 2019 Hearing jan 2020 Nomination approved . Still waiting for Visa application.

Hi your highness, I am in same boat.today AAT Approved my nomination. I have a daughter who born after refusal. She also cant travel overseas. So may I know how did u apply PR visa for ur baby. Can I add to her with our visa? what is the procedure after winning AAT and how much application price? Thank u.
