Having submitted my application on the 14th June 2019, I received an RFI yesterday, requesting the following..
- Sponsorship for a partner to migrate to Australia
- Evidence of your relationship with your spouse
I'm really annoyed as the 40SP form is showing as having been uploaded and the requested information was provided to my "so called" agent at the beginning (who has again changed their trading name) but hasn't uploaded what they were provided...
I've now got access to & taken control of my immi account & would appreciate any help as to what everyone else provided for evidence of relationship?
I have already uploaded marriage cert, bank accounts, tenancy agreements, house/car insurance & photographs. Anything else you would recommend?
I'm really disappointed as I may have received my visa if the application had been submitted correctly.
Any help would be appreciated.
Neill
Hey,
I uploaded some trips photos along with booking tickets of Hotel, Flight. I Also uploaded call and chat history and all money transactions into our joint bank account. I think these evidences can be useful.
Did not you guys fill the sponsor application on applicant's partner immiaccount? -
If you are working in health industry you have to take more examinations. My wife is a specialist and she had some more tests like hepatitis.

It might look that way, but do not undertake a health examination until it is specifically request be a delegate, or you might find yourself having to undertake another one.
Thank you.
what about:
While i (applicant) was filling for 40sp i answered some questions like financial aspects of relationship.
My partner as a sponsor had this questions in his form as well.
Do you guys write 2 separate things or copy and past same answers for both?
I used the same stuff in both forms.
Do i need to withdraw sponsor application and redo it again with different wording? -

Hi,
I just open this topic to see the changes/timeline and some prerequisites in the process applying for this visa.
I lodged my application on 06/02/2020. Right after lodging, I have been requested to do Biometric and Health check.

hey,
do you guys uploaded form 1221 for the applicant?
What about form 80 for the sponsor? I saw a place to upload this form on sponsor page.
I also got my Biometric and Health check request right after i lodged the application.

Finally....still in shock, but we recieved our grant pretty much immediately after leaving the country....
I can't believe how incredibly lucky I am to get a decision in 7 months, and the empathetic part of me makes me feel guilty and sorry for those of you with applications submitted much before mine. However I also can't help but feel like I was due a little visa luck after two refused sponsorship visas (neither of which were a fault with my application, but the sponsoring businesses), and 3 years of application processing...trust me, I know everyone's pain.
DOL: 21 June 2019
RFI Medical and police check: 13 December 2019
Submitted: 6 Jan 2020
RFI to leave: 16 Jan 2020
Grant: 23 Jan 2020
@Ayrlogan they send you an RFI to give you 28 days to leave the country; you need to send them your flight details, and confirm the day before that they have recieved your information. I recieved my grant within hours of touching down in NZ.
I wish everyone the very best of luck with your applications, and hope they come through soon!!
Congrats, best wishes for the rest of your life

Hey,
Yes it is interesting. Where have you lodged the application from?
Which embassy is assigned to your application?
