  1. Thanks @sbrowne9 for the info - we got our letter last night!!!! My partner is flying out in a few days to get his grant The forum has been great so thanks to everyone - it was a real support to follow this each week. We too feel bad for those who applied before us, but hopefully you are up next! Maybe your application was thicker and is taking longer to go through (although it would be hard to be thicker than allllll the info we sent ). Let me know who is taking over the google sheet so I can make you owner - best of luck everyone!
  2. Does anyone know how long you have to leave the country (Australia) when they are ready to "make a decision" - we are hoping to hear any day soon (applied April 19) but we're currently travelling so would be good to know how long we'll have to arrange flights / get to a city that has an airport etc for my partner to leave?
  3. @Pneill / @sbrowne9 do either of you have an email with google account? I need that to give you access - otherwise can make the spreadsheet open for anyone to edit their own entry? Can always go back in time if someone makes a mistake but it might be better to just have a few with access? VISA SPREADSHEET (note this hasn't been updated since @Pneill sent the other day
  4. Congrats @mppc!! Such great news - happy new year to YOU! @Pneill I'm not sure if it was you or someone else who suggested the spreadsheet be put into google sheets - but this is a great idea (no more downloading/uploading/searching for latest and greatest doc etc!!!) and you can set up the edit permissions to just a few? If not, could you upload the one you adjusted with MPCC's grant so we can see the newest file? Thanks ever so much!
  5. Hello everyone! I've been lurking in the background but have been finding this forum so useful I thought I'd say hi! I am the sponsor (Aussie, been living in UK for 9 years), my partner is British and the applicant. We've been together 4 years and we are currently in Australia travelling in a 4WD in our tent (basically doing a RECCE for where we want to live once the Visa comes through). Applied in April the week before the sponsor change came in and fully loaded everything up front. Been great to see some movement and am so happy for the 2018 applicants to be going through finally! We just applied for the 600 visa (in Australia) while we were here as we decided to keep travelling while we wait for the 309 - it was granted in just 4 days! (If only the partner ones were so quick!). Look forward to seeing more Feb apps go through......then March..... then us!!!! Fingers Crossed for everyone!
