Hello, i just would like one help please. I applied for 457 visa and had my nomination refused. Just had my hearing last week and everything will be fine. Quick question? Do i need to stay on 457 for 2 years to apply for 494 and then PR? or can i do the transition 457 to 494 straight away, working 3 years on 494 and PR ? Thanks.

Hello, my migration lawyer received a call today from the immigration and they requested a date to make a conference call between my boss ( owner ), immigration and lawyer. do you think it could be a positive thing? as they didn't requested me on the call. Thanks

Thanks for the answer. First when we lodge the appeal, we showed all my roles as customer service manager, as i created training, and had interactions with the clients. What i can see now that they ok with that because they are just requesting financial business docs at the moment. looks like that they just want to see if the company is ok to support me. we are ok with that. company with more than $5M turn over a year, but we never know....

Hello Guys, follow my case below, as i think its more complicated as my nomination refusal based on 457 visa that doesnt exist anymore, it could be a problem? Refusal reason is not genuine position, as they think i could be supervisor, but we did all the organization chart and everything. Also the company have 2 employers that got 457 approved by then. Hello, Iam working as Customer Services Manager in a big commercial cleaning company, we applied for my 457 visa 10/10/2017 and received my visa nomination refusal 08/10/2018 saying that they understand that i do more tasks as supervisor not a manager, as it not correct and we have all the evidences showing that i looking after the big clients that we have. We decided to applied for ATT and company got a good Lawyer migration agent to looking after the case, Appeal applied 11/2018 and didn't received any information yet as the lawyer already upload in the system all content with evidences that we did for the immigration. I just have a few questions that getting so nervous with this waiting. Could be a problem appeal for 457 as this visa has been removed from the system since 2017/18? But definitely we are confident as we got a good lawyer and company is big enough to show that iam a manager and had another 4 employers sponsored in the same 457 customer service manager. Thanks.
