Hello all, 187 refused, applied AAT, but boss is not in favour of giving required documents, is anyone on same boat, please reply am stressed out, I talked to my lawyer he suggest for federal, if anyone is on federal please reply thanks

Help please am a silent member for long!!!!! i apply 187 on December 2017 NSW nomination got refused on june 2019 reason supervisor task not for retail manager for news agency AAT applied i consult with my lawyer and others too they said very less chance for approval. What if i leave my employer? Because the condition is to start working in the nominated occupation for 2 years AFTER THE GRANT OF PR Do tribunal ask for payslips? will that make my case weak in tribunal? very stressed please help
