Hi all, Does anyone know if there is any condition / requirement for Visa 190 that needs the PR (after landing to AUS) to declare to any local authority when travelling out of AUS, say traveling out for few (4) months ?? I heard from someone that there is such a requirement of declaration but then I tried to google it / look up in forums - couldn't find any clue. Any guidance / heads-up please ? Cheers.

Thank you Martina and good luck to you too. We are wondering if we should lodge an EOI to SA (heard that they offer invitation faster)? SA is actually our alternative choice but we are mindful that they might not invite applicants who lodge multiple EOI to other states ..

Hi Martina, Understand from the note in your profile, there is a comittment letter to VIC. Am I correct that VIC requires such letter for all 190 applicants ? Or it is because you have submitted EOI to multiple states ? Actually my wife is a theatre RN (70 + 5), we lodged EOI to VIC on July 31 but still not yet received any pre-invitation.. Wondering if our marks are not sufficient ? Thanks.
