Yes, company size matters.

And nomination time start from nomination lodged date and the visa time will start from the visa lodged date.

At 7pm today, the same day, I got an email from S56 for the relationship document with my patner for my visa application. I have uploaded immediately and submit. 

The status has been changed to "Futher Assessment".

Does it mean the nomination has been approved today?

I think yes, you will get email tomorrow.

75% of applications will be process in 5 months and 90% of applications will be process in 6 months. And remaining 10% don't have any time frame could be take a year. Your application is falling in remaining 10%.

Hopefully you'll get your decision soon.

I only lodged nomination this time, and nomination applications couldn't be imported on immi portal, if visa lodged with nomination than we can import and view status.

Like, when my nomination was rejected last time, status shows received, and it didn't change until we withdrew the application.

It's mean new processing time for 186 is;

For DE Applications 5 to 6 months

And for TRT 6 to 9 months.

Wrong, immi account always shows latest processing time for that relevant visa.

This forum wasn't quite like this before.

The other people we have are just casual labourers, and my boss has made it clear in a cover letter that the business will be in a crisis if I can't stay.  Obviously I'm aware there's more to the nomination than that,  but do you think what I said above could work in an advantage?

No Grant today. 

One of my friend got his visa approval last sunday, a good sing that COs works on sunday too.
